8 months after the releasing of ‘Google Chrome’ ,a new faster beta version has been released in this March,’Google Chrome 2′.Apart from the speed it also have some additional features in it.New V8 Javascript engine will provide more efficiency to the non visual applications.

IMPROVED NEW TAB PAGE

One of the most requested feature for ‘Google Chrome’ from users is the ability to remove the thumbnails from the new Tab page. In ‘Google Chrome2′ user can hide that thumbnails blog from the “Most Visited section”.The process of hiding the thumbnails is easy.While opening a new Tab, user can see an option to hide the thumbnails at the new Tab window.

This is useful if the user do not need to be seen opening thumbnail web pages, while some other user tries to open a new tab in the browser. By clicking the link ‘Remove thumbnails’ user can see an X mark in each thumbnail. Click the X mark and that will remove the thumbnail from the window. But it will not remove the thumbnail from the browsing history.

FULL SCREEN MODE

Full screen mode feature will acts like FireFox’s full screen mode or IE.User can hide the browser window and the rest of the title bar by pressing the button F11. User can also select the option from the Tools menu. This feature is very useful for watching large videos and also for presentations.

AUTOFILL

Another feature of ‘Google Chrome2′ is the autofill application.It will allow the users to automatically fill up their forms.So it will help the user from repeating the filling out process of the same information.Autofill will show the previously entered information by the user in to the same form,automatically.User can clear out these information by selecting the option from the Tool menu.
