How to save a new entry?

Open the application. Right click on your category shown on the left side of the figure below. Choose the option to add a new entry.

Enter your title, user name, password and notes.

How to open an existing entry ?

Open the application. Start typing the application name in the search field. It automatically

displays your application’s details.

How secure is PassMem 2.3?

Your data is protected by a combination of a password and a key file saved on your PC. This key is generated based on based on the random inputs obtained from the mouse movements for a few seconds in a particular location. The program records the coordinates of the location where you move the mouse. This will be used to generate the private key. In addition to that, the user will be asked to enter a random text in a text field. This will also be used to ensure the security of the program. Even the user will not be able to reproduce the key. A new clipboard control mechanism restricts other programs from accessing the data.

Easy to use in multiple PC s .

If you have to work on two PC s and you want to change the passwords on both the PC s ,Create a   data file, a strong and unique key file and a strong master password. Save the key file on both PCs. Save the data file on your thumb drive. Memorize the master password. If you need a password to open the program on any of the PC s , choose the data file, choose the key file and enter the master password. Just remember the master password for all your PC s.
