Intelecrm Brings New Server-side Exchange Integration Option

Intelestream announced the availability of a fresh server-side Microsoft Exchange integration choice, Riva Integration Server for Exchange. It will permit customers to automatically harmonize intelecrm opportunities, quotes, accounts, cases, contacts, tasks, leads and appointments with no need to install any software or plug-ins on their desktop, mobile devices or laptop.

Riva Integration Server for Exchange was expanded by Omni Technology Solutions as a substitute to client-side Outlook plug-ins. Once Riva gets installed on a server, it will serve compatible with all Microsoft Exchange clients. At present, together with Riva, intelecrm delivers the supplest integration and pricing options for medium and small-sized businesses.

The CEO of Intelestream said that they would continue to present the Outlook plug-in with its essential synchronization capabilities. Since the standard Outlook plug-in needs to be installed on each user’s laptop or desktop, many of their customers are looking to go beyond it.

Riva Integration Server does not necessitate any plug-ins. It gets set up once on a server, and provides better and more superior integration and inter-operability than customers have ever had in the earlier period. Associations that have the Outlook plug-in, by now, can advance to Riva Integration Server to take benefit of all of the server-side intelecrm integration advantages.

Riva Integration Server will provide intelecrm users with valuable time savings by mechanizing CRM management and content making. It also allows users to work in the app that they prefer. Riva Integration Server offers a single, combined view of CRM data in all Exchange clients like Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Web Access, Microsoft Entourage for Mac, BlackBerry Enterprise Server, ActiveSync mobile device and IMAP clients.

It gives transparent, bi-directional harmonization of address book and calendar data like meetings, calls, appointments and tasks without having Outlook plug-ins. It provides users the ability to control CRM opportunities, quotes and cases directly from Outlook. It offers flexible administration potentials to set customized synchronization policies for particular groups of users.
