PDF(portable document format) is usually used to share the word documents. It is very useful for readers that do not have MS WORD installed in their computer.PDF presents a document lay out and also prevent the editing process in WORD.

The WORD does not provide any direct way to save the documents in PDF. So we can’t convert the PDF files to WORD documents by using the direct ways. Because MICROSOFT does not provide any type of converters. But still we can use several third-party softwares or software tools for the PDF conversion.

  Configuration settings required is very simple.The user need to log on to his gmail account.Then send the PDF file to the user himself as an attachment.Then the user can see the PDF file received in his inbox.Open the message then select the link “view as HTML”.

CONVERSION OF PDF to WORD

1.Here the user must use a third party software.Select the online program at “www.koolwire.com”.It is a 3 step process.First select the RTF on the DOC from the select destination box.Then click on the “start” switch.That will create an email page addressed to the online program “KOOLWIRE”.Then attach the corresponding PDF file.Then send the attached file to the user’s gmail account.At the gmail inbox the user can receive the converted file.

2.Use the online program pdf to word converter.This will helps to convert the PDF to WORD doc online.The procedure is easy.Browse and select the PDF file that  the user wantto convert,then click the link “upload and convert”.Then the conversion process will starts.After the conversion process either open or save the file.

3.First convert the PDF to HTML file.Then after saving the required file as HTML , save it as a WORD doc file.

4.For saving the files as .TXT,first enter the converted .DOC file and then save it as .TXT.
