This device is an addition to the slim and compact high speed EXILIM models. It features a high-speed burst shooting which is faster than other SLR cameras. Users can cut and paste moving subjects on still backgrounds. EX-S12 can record high-speed movies that capture fast motion. Casio’s state-of-the-art EXILIM Engine 4.0 is built into these models and this delivers high-speed image processing and high-speed burst shooting . Using the new Dynamic Photo function users can cut out the actual subject of interest in the picture that has been captured and combine it with another picture to form the background of the image. Creative Users can even cut and paste several rapid-succession images on a still background to create a moving subject.

This function enables them to create a composite image. EX-S12 will be available in gray, silver, pink, green black and white. This ultra-compact with a strong and attractively finished aluminum body camera weighs just 130g including battery. This new camera with a price tag of $399.99 will be available from March.
