Casio Hitachi Exilim C721 has impressive call quality. This is a high-end camera phone and incorporates a 5-megapixel camera with auto-focus and 3x optical zoom. Along with a 1,000-entry phone book this handset has 12 polyphonic ring tones. Basic features include calculator, calendar, stopwatch, countdown timer, speakerphone, vibrate mode and text and multimedia messaging. With a dimension of 4.06 inches by 1.97 inches by 0.77 inches it weighs 4.76 ounces. This wide and slim handset features a monochrome OLED display.2.3-inch display has 262,000 color support. Users can adjust the screen’s backlight time, and the clock format.

Left of the phone features a micro SD card slot and a charging pad. Headset jack is on to the right. Back side of the C721 features camera lens, LED flash and an external speaker.Twisting the front flip activates the camera and  the controls transforming it into a large viewfinder for the camera. Though it lacks some advanced multimedia features this model is built to be water and shock resistant. It also features an HTML Web browser. Though it looks rugged the Casio  C721 has a rated battery life of 3.83 hours ( talk time ) with a digital SAR of 0.524 watt per kilogram. Other features include a water-resistant clamshell body, visual voice mail, stereo Bluetooth, mobile instant messenger, mobile Web e-mail and GPS support. Exilim’s camera is a regular point-and-shoot camera. The audio quality is just the average. Users should use stereo Bluetooth headset for better fidelity. This model has excellent EV-DO speeds. Downloading takes minimal time. V Cast videos are not of the best video quality. Camcorder setting can record in three resolutions with surprising video quality. Users can take photos in seven different resolutions with white balance presets. It also features a 3x optical, 16x digital zoom and auto focus with normal and multishot modes. With a price tag of $250 this is a quite expensive phone.
